Ryan Richard
Pension Associate & Educator
Ryan joined Selectpath in 2021 after 3 years with a major benefits and financial advisory firm. Prior to that, he spent 8 years with a major benefits underwriter as a group contract training specialist and implementation specialist. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool. He is currently working towards his CEBS designation and holds his RPA I and II.
Ryan's primary role lies in the retirement space. His role includes plan annual reporting and assistance on investment analysis projects. He supports the advisors by providing the reports to conduct annual retirement plan reviews and to provide recommendations for plan sponsors that help them meet their governance and fiduciary responsibilities. He also works closely with plan sponsors to develop and conduct education sessions for employees.
