Client Service Representative
Janice joined Selectpath in 2004. Previously she had worked in the field of Human Resources as an administrator for 14 years. She spent five years at a major trust company, six years at a major London Hospital and three years with an International Accounting and Consulting firm. Her experience included benefits administration, explaining company benefits and interpreting applicable legislative benefit changes to all levels of staff. Janice has her Bachelor of Arts in Administrative and Commercial Studies at The University of Western Ontario, and her Group Benefits Associate designation. At Selectpath, Janice works with John Harkins providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member inquiries.
