A founding partner of Selectpath, Wayne’s experience in the financial services industry began in 1980. Prior to establishing himself as an independent broker, Wayne worked for several years as an employee benefits sales manager for one of Canada’s largest insurance suppliers.
Wayne’s specialties include flexible and traditional plan design, cost containment and benefit integration strategies. With a focus on the manufacturing and high-tech sectors, Wayne is well versed in all sizes of case management.
