Prior to founding Selectpath, Gordon started in the financial services industry as an advisor in 1994 specializing in group benefits for one of Canada’s largest insurers.
Gordon specializes in alternative funding and plan innovation, including flex-benefit plans, health care spending accounts, self-insurance, and defined contribution approaches. Gordon’ s core client base is comprised primarily of small to medium entrepreneurial enterprises operating in a variety of industry sectors. Collective bargaining, mergers and acquisitions as well as divestitures are also specialties within Gordon’s practice.
